My search for the perfect kitten heels began when I saw my fashionable friend rocking them. At an event, we both wore heels. Hers were 3.5cm and mine were 9cm. It’s needless to say whose feet hurt. That got me thinking, why do we, as women, put ourselves through this? I agree that high heels are pretty, but I’ve never been a fan of the aftermaths (pain). That day, I finally saw the beauty in kitten heels. They are high heels, but not too high, making them much more comfortable. They go with the same outfits and occasions and will make you feel the same—elegant and classy. It didn’t take me long to make my grown-up decision: kitten heels it is. I already found the perfect pair on my friend, which were from H&M, but unfortunately, they’re no longer available.
I searched almost the entire web for similar ones, and here’s what I found! All of them are from high-street fashion brands, making them very accessible. Oh, I almost forgot, if you decide to wear kitten heels, they HAVE to have pointed toes with a thin heel, otherwise, you look like a granny.

This way, they can be worn with casual outfits like jeans, which is also one of my favorite looks. I bought this pair, and it’s okay. I have a smaller shoe size, and size 35 fits me well (I had to tighten the strap). They aren’t ultra-see-through (thank goodness), but they are very long in the front, making them a bit tricky to walk in. They are comfortable, but they could be a bit more stable.

Suede kitten heel slingback shoes. Heel height: 4cm. Price: 39,95€. I like this silhouette. They are not slingbacks, but I think they look great on the foot. Plus, they are brown and suede, making them another perfect pair for fall.
Bow detail kitten heel slingback shoes. Heel height: 4cm. Price: 29,95€. These are kitten mules, but beautiful anyway. The bow is a perfect detail. They come in black and, even better, olive green.
