Welcome to my monthly wishlist for September! Each month, I’ll put together a list of things I came across and really liked. Although I want to buy them, it doesn’t necessarily mean I will. I don’t need that much stuff, but maybe you’ll find inspiration in them. The categories are Clothes, Shoes, Accessories, Skincare, Makeup, and Home. Here’s a list for this month!
Clothes
Mini skirt. It’s a bit surprising to say this during the fall, but my favorite combination right now is high boots with a short skirt. I recently bought a pair of second-hand leather riding boots, and now I’m on the hunt for the perfect skirt. This has proven to be more challenging than I expected!
The skirt I’m looking for shouldn’t be bodycon, but it should flatter my figure. I love asymmetrical skirts and ones with lots of layers. I’ve searched the internet, but nothing perfect (and everything way too expensive) has come up. So, I ended up ordering two skirts from SHEIN (I’m really sorry about that), but we’ll see how they turn out. In the meantime, I’ll keep looking online and plan to go thrifting. For now, I’ll share a picture (and link) of what my perfect skirt would look like if it weren’t so expensive!

Shoes
Tb.490 Club Suede Raspberry Leather Sneakers. Priced at 180€. I love this silhouette, it’s perfect! I’ve heard a lot of good things about Alohas sneakers, except for being beautiful, and I think it’s time I get them. They remind me a lot of Adidas Samba sneakers (but better). These with a long folded tongue are similar to the Adidas Samba x Wales Bonner collection. Alohas is big on sustainability (+++) so here and there you can get their stuff ‘on demand’ discounted by 30%. The only thing is, it takes a bit longer to get delivered because only when you order they start the production. Either way, I can’t wait to get them and write more! My favorite colorways are Raspberry and Blue.
Accessories
Never trust a cowboy bracelet. This piece has been on my wishlist for probably two Octobers now—it’s been quite a while! I’m absolutely in love with the design. Who even came up with the idea of using cowboy boots as a bracelet end? It’s genius! The brand, Deville, is a relatively young Italian label, so getting it anywhere in Europe is easy.
However, I have a few reasons why I haven’t bought this beauty yet. First, it’s a bit expensive. Let me rephrase that: 79,99€ feels a bit pricey considering the materials it’s made from. It’s crafted from plated brass, and I really wish it were stainless steel or at least solid silver. In my experience, for that price, it’s better to go with those materials because everything else tends to look worn and loses its shine over time. So, I still have to think about this buy or maybe wait for it to go on sale.

Home
Lego Tiny Plants from Botanical collection. Priced at around 50€. I quite like Legos (mostly the Botanical collection ones), but more than that I love plants. I have a lot of them in pots, so this Tiny Plants Lego set will fit right in. This set has 758 pieces and you’ll end up building 9 tiny plants in pots. The tallest plant, including its container, measures over 16 cm high, 10 cm wide and 6 cm deep.
Skincare
Embryolisse Lait-Crème Sensitive. I discovered this moisturizer while searching for a richer winter option. I chose a moisturizer from Avene’s Cicalfate+ line, and I’ve posted a full review of it on my blog. I’m really satisfied with my choice, but I occasionally think about trying the Embryolisse one. I believe I’ll give it a shot once I run out of my current moisturizers. It’s priced around 23€ for 100ml. I previously used the classic Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré and really liked it.

Makeup
Sacheu Lip liner stay-n. About a year ago, I discovered lip stains, and trust me, they’re game changers. I can’t stand when my lip color wears off, even though I reapply it every hour or so. If you feel the same way, a lip stain will become your new best friend. I always apply the lip stain first, then continue with my favorite lip combination. That way, even if my lipstick wears off, the color from the lip stain will still be there—it’s a foolproof method. Plus, lip stains look very natural and pretty on the lips.
So far, I have tried the water tints from Essence and Etude, as well as the gel tint from Etude. They’re okay, but I’m looking for something even better. There’s a lot of buzz on TikTok about the Sacheu lip tint, which is why it’s made it onto my wishlist. Unfortunately, I still need to find an easy way to order it in Europe. If you have any information, please let me know!
