New Year Better Me: 2025 INS 

As the new year approaches, I can’t help but think about what I want to achieve in the year ahead. This time, my resolutions are very realistic (I hope). They are all about growth, balance, and enjoying the little things. I’m determined to make 2025 my best year yet. Have you thought about your resolutions? Let’s inspire each other!

My 2025 INS

  • No phone first and last 30 minutes of the day
  • Meditation (after waking up or before going to bed)
  • Drinking water with (Celtic) salt first thing in the morning
  • Drinking 2L of water daily
  • Working out 4-5x a week (at least one outdoor workout — running)
  • Taking supplements (magnesium, fish oil, vitamin d3…)
  • Reading 10-15 book pages daily
  • Using high-frequency wand daily
  • One self-care day a week
  • Getting better at answering texts
